Hansen’s
facilities include over 25,000 square feet of shop floor space, in two Gardena, California
locations. They are currently staffed by approximately 40 employees. We also have a small

We have fabricated
structures over 20 tons and more than 40 feet in length. We have a precision fabrication
table 108" x 360" with
a 10 ton capacity. Lifting capabilities exceed 12 tons.
With
over 15 skilled welders and an 8 ton weld positioner, our welding process capabilities
include:

have qualification to AWS D1.1, D1.2, 
Mil Std 1595A, ASME IX in
an assortment of carbon steel, stainless steel, and non ferrous materials. We will qualify
additional procedures or to additional specifications as required for an individual
project.

machining capability has been steadily increasing over the past several years. Those
now include:

work very closely with our suppliers and have close relationships with many facilities in
the greater 
Los Angeles area. If we don’t
have the machining capacity in house for your job, one of our supporting suppliers will,
and we oversee the job at their shop. For you this means a "one stop" shop for
all you welding, fabrication, and machining needs.
The
shop facilities also include our own sandblasting facility.
