Custom Manufacturing

One Hansen’s Welding specialty is custom manufacturing to new or developing specifications.

From aluminum seaweed for an Asian theme park, to unique and complex 5-axis custom machining on a robotic dinosaur torso, we have the experience to help you get that custom product out to the market.

For a product or component under development, we will build to suit the customer as required. For many of our customers, this is on a time and material basis. Usually, the job is completed for less than the fixed bid received from other companies.
