This tradition of excellence dates from Dale Hansen’s founding of the company in 1968. By continuing his commitment to quality, his sons Gary and Bob Hansen have built Hansen’s into one of the largest welding operations on the West Coast, serving customers throughout the United States and Latin America from their facility near Los Angeles.

Custom Services

Hansen’s Welding provides a variety of custom welding and machining services including: tool and die, alloy welding, fabrication, injection molds, die cast molds, and welding of exotic alloys.

In most cases, a blueprint is all that is required.

Hansen’s welders have years of experience using a wide variety of welding and machining techniques. If a welding job can be done, Hansen’s welders can do it.

Advanced Equipment for Precision Welding

Hansen’s expert welders use some of the most advanced welding devices available today. For example, the Meta-Lax ® (pictured right) provides highly sophisticated, low amplitude harmonic stress relief so dimensional stability can be achieved during machining and welding applications. Microscopes and other precision devices allow Hansen’s welders to work on exceptionally small parts.

Hansen’s is able to maintain the highest standards of quality control because Gary and Bob Hansen supervise every aspect of the shop’s operations. This means only the finest materials and workmanship go into every job and that each job receives frequent and rigorous inspections.
